WORKPLACE MEDIATION SKILLS

This course is designed to give you confidence and competence to incorporate mediation skills into your roles to resolve all manner of workplace disputes. This includes personality clashes, miscommunications, grievance-type issues, and instances of bullying and harassment. This course is aimed at individuals and groups that do not need the formal recognised mediator qualifications, but wish to train in workplace mediation. The course is tailored to your workplace requirements.
