WORKPLACE EVALUATION

This is a systematic process of assessing your employees ability, performance, skills, communication and interactions with your customers or clients. This is a crucial part of performance management. Under your instruction we can carry out face-to-face evaluations or use other methods of communication, for example, teams or telephone. It would be carried out in such a way that your employees would be unaware the evaluation is taking place enabling them to interact with our evaluators as if they were customers or clients.
