FIRST AID

Whether you need Basic Life Support or Emergency First Aid at Work these courses will provide you and your staff with the basic knowledge needed for work place first aid. This course can also be adapted to suit your working environment and designed to incorporate real life scenarios.

SAFEGUARDING CHILDREN, YOUNG AND VULNERABLE ADULTS                                                                    level 1 and level 3                                                                                     

The Course (level 3 ) is a minimum of 7 hours and is a accredited level 3 qualification delivered by us and if successful you will gain a NUCO level 3 or level 1 qualification.                                                                                                           The level 3 is a minimum of 7 hours and is delivered face to face and the level 1 is a minimum of 4 hours and can be delivered face to face or via Teams 

The Level one can be delivered within 4 hours and face to face or vis Teams depending on your needs.

All courses are certified by NUCO and certificates are delivered electronically on successful completion of the assessment

CONFLICT MANAGEMENT / RESOLUTION

Work places can be a strenuous environment and at times teams can experience friction from factors both in and out of the workplace.

This course is aimed at helping teams identify hostile situations amongst staff / management / clients within the workplace and to show how to successfully reduce the conflict and find a positive solution.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS    

Communicating is an everyday skill. Sometimes because of modern day technology, we lose that ability to communicate effectively and open ourselves up to miscommunication.                                                                             This course is designed to aid your team members to be able to communicate effectively using all of the skills they have but may have forgotten.

EFFECTIVE TEAM LEADERSHIP (coming soon)

There is a difference between leadership and management although sometimes the two can be confused. You may be looking to upskill your managers to inspire or you may want to identify potential leaders within your organisation for the future. Whatever your reason this course will enable your selected staff to undergo tasks and challenges and help them to see and think outside of the box and develop their skills to influence and motivate their teams and contribute to your organisations success.

MEDIATION METHODS FOR MANAGERS

On occasion   the workplace may experience tensions through the different personalities of each individual and solving the teams issues can be exhausting and time consuming. We offer mediation methods to be able to instruct team leaders on how to approach issues without conflict and confrontation and resolve in the best way for all parties involved ensuring resolution so that teams and work places can go on without affecting the office dynamic.

TEAM TEST SERVICE AND ASSESSMENT

This service allows us, under your instruction, to test your teams ability to communicate and deal with situations you would like your team to be placed under. A "sort of" mystery shopper experience we focus on how your team communicate with us, their selling technique and how they approach difficult customers and their ability to turn an uncomfortable situation in to a positive one. 

All tasks undertaken are recorded and written evaluations are produced for you so that you may identify any needs the team may have or focus on those positive skills and they may be further implemented into your team.
