With careers spanning the last 32 years our team has had the privilege of serving in , working with or for the Military, Police, security sector, healthcare sector and Education sector.

During our careers we had encountered many situations where our communication, conflict resolution and leadership skills had to be put into practice.

What we realised is, that these skills, learnt over many years, were just an extension of what we as people already know and do...but in these roles we just did it more and improved them on a regular basis, and to what we as a team, now have today.

We soon came to realise that the problems we faced are in every workplace, no matter the trade or organisation and more so with those who deal with the public on a regular basis.

So with that in mind we decided to share what we have learnt, trained in and practiced in our careers in the hope it will bring better, safer working environments for individual team members and their organisations and help to improve the quality of working environments everywhere.
